These terms govern your use of the pk super platform — from creating your account to depositing in PKR, claiming bonuses, placing bets and requesting withdrawals. Please read them before you register.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. pk super will never ask for your password by email or support chat. Report any unauthorised access to your account immediately.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. pk super reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and pk super ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing or using any part of the pk super website, mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
pk super provides online gaming services including live casino, slot games, table games and sports betting. All services are intended for entertainment purposes for adult players. Use of the platform is at your own risk and discretion.
These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing pk super from Pakistan. Where any conflict arises between a translated version and the English original, the English version prevails.

All financial transactions on pk super are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank account transfers and debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your pk super balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but most local payment methods credit within minutes. pk super is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the withdrawal section of your account.
pk super does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your own bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pk super's control.
pk super offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, free spins on selected slot games, cricket free bets during PSL and T20 matches, and loyalty rewards for regular players.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of pk super is final. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account reviewed.

PSL and T20 matches are among the most popular betting markets on pk super and attract the highest traffic during live play. Players are encouraged to review match conditions and weather forecasts before placing bets on cricket markets, as these can affect settlement outcomes.
pk super provides access to live casino tables, video slots, jackpot slots, and table game titles. All games are provided by third-party game studios and operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer streams.

pk super is not responsible for interruptions to game availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance by third-party game providers. Where a game is unavailable during an active session, player balances will not be affected.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining real-money balance after deduction of bonus funds and under-investigation amounts will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to verification. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal in the normal way.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting pk super support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
pk super is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity conducted within personal limits. We encourage all players to set a session budget before playing, decide in advance how long they will play, and treat any losses as the cost of entertainment rather than something to chase.
Players who feel their gaming is becoming a concern — for example, depositing more than planned, playing to recover losses, or gaming affecting other areas of daily life — are encouraged to use the self-limitation and self-exclusion tools available in the account settings, or to visit the pk super Responsible Gaming page for further guidance.
pk super provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses incurred due to technical outages, maintenance windows or third-party provider interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted, pk super's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the value of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. pk super is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
Players use the pk super platform voluntarily and accept that all gaming and betting activity carries financial risk. The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game or bet.
pk super collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments and comply with anti-fraud requirements. By registering on pk super, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information by contacting our support team.
pk super may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active players via email or an in-platform notice before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
Continued use of the pk super platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
